  During the construction process of your basement there is a series of inspections that need to be done.  Insulation is one of the phases that will be inspected by your towns appointed buiding official.

The insulation we install meets the IRC (International Residential code) building codes giving you the proper thermal protection while remaining resistant to corrosion, mold and fungus as it remains encapsulated in your walls.  Our choice of insulation will give you the peace of mind that whats encapsulated in your walls will not create any air quality problems for the life of your basement!  When we build our projects, we strive to install the most sustainable products that will stand the test of time, giving our customers the reassurance that they have finished product that not only looks great but is built to resist conditions that a basement can present.

Our choice of drywall is designed to resist moisture and mold growth, which is a perfect and economical material to encapsulate your walls with.  It has achieved the best possible score out of 10 for mold resistance according to the ASTM 

( American Society for Testing and Materials)  D3273 

The first choice in flooring for our basements is Luxury Vinyl Tile ( LVT).  It is engineered to be completely water resistant and makes the ideal choice of flooring for your basement.  Your entire basement could flood to the ceiling and the tiles will not change their form!  The samples that we provide come in a wide range of colors from classic oak to distressed wood.  Each plank has a unique texture, giving your floor the appearance of real wood with complete resistance to water issues.  If LVT is not for you, we also provide carpet and tile installations as well!

At Dynamic Basements Plus, cutting corners is not an option.  We strive to deliver our customers a finished product that is built to withstand any condition a basement presents.  When it comes to our tiled showers, only the best waterproofing system is acceptable for our customers.  The Schluter shower system is designed to create a fully waterproof and vapor tight enclosure for tiled showers.  Our installers have over a decade of experience installing this system, so when we install it, its done right the first time.
